Design Process Check List

  1. Client submits sketches, photos, magazine articles and ideas
  2. Meet at the site
  3. Prepare the drawings and specs. Locate and record site data, GPS, drone photos and interpret mapping data                     
  4. Establish water rights, power, septic and waste situation 
  5. Add all pertinent information to site drawings and specs.
  6. Supervise drone fly-over for elevation data, and prepare contour drawings
  7. Prepare Site Drainage and Keyline Plan
  8. Prepare operations guide
  9. Design a food forest and edible landscape guide
  10. Prepare a Farm Business Plan

Finalizing Design

If you need construction assistance we can prepare a final drawing and:

  •  Advise on locating a builder 
  •  Meet to discuss and review drawings with builder.
  •  Client works with builder during farm construction

Assist Client

How we proceed:

   a) locate a property to develop, or     

   b) develop their existing property

   c) create an edible garden

 

Prepare an assessment: preliminary meeting online includes an online video tour of your property for remote viewing.
Meet at site later, typically to hand over construction details.

Upon the client's approval we start design stage and develop the plan according to their vision.
